On the morning of September 29, the Integrated Tribunal heard a series of disputes between Zhongyou BSS(Qinhuangdao) Petropipe Co., Ltd of BSG Group and Zhenhua Logistics Group Co., Ltd. on maritime cargo transportation contracts. The defendant Zhenhua Logistics Group Co., Ltd. presented two banners "Fair and just; Justice for the people" " A case took three years and justice finally came." to the court and the presiding judge in gratitude for Tianjin Maritime Court of upholding the concept of "Fair and Just; justice for the people", consciously "do not forget the initial heart, remember the mission" of the theme of education, for the healthy development of the logistics industry in Tianjin to provide effective maritime judicial services.
The case was filed by Zhongyou BSS(Qinhuangdao) Petropipe Co., Ltd of BSG Group to sue Zhenhua Logistics Group Co., Ltd. for maritime cargo transportation contract disputes. It took three years and involved more than 20 voyages. The case was complex, and the evidence was numerous.
