The Case of the Dispute Among AQUAROOTS SHIPPING COMPANY LIMITED, ZHONGWEI SHIPPING COMPANY LIMITED and FUJIAN GUANHAI SHIPPING COMPANY LIMITED over the Compensation for Ship Collision Damage

It was rated as "Excellent Case of the National Court's Implementation of Active Judicial Philosophy"(2012) by the Supreme People's Court and as the first Tianjin Maritime and Maritime Merchants Top Ten Cases (2014) by Tianjin Higher People's Court. The judgment of the case was published in the Tianjin Higher People's Court Gazette 2011, First edition.
