Tianjin Maritime Court Held Lecture on Civil Servant Law

      On December 9th, in order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, further strengthen the building of the contingent of cadres in our institute, and enhance the level of legalization, standardization and scientization in the management of civil servants, Tianjin Maritime Court invited Liu Zhong, deputy director of the Civil Service Office of the Organization Department of the CPC Municipal Committee, to the court to give a subject lecture .

      In the lecture, Liu Zhong explained in detail the development process of the Civil Service System, the necessity and principle of revising the Civil Service Law and the main contents of revising the Civil Service Law based on the newly revised The Civil Servant Law of the People's Republic of China. The lecture provided strong guidance for all the court staff to study and implementation of the Civil Servant Law, especially on the implications of the policy of post and rank parallel system in a simple, detailed and vivid way.   

      The party group of the Court attached great importance to the study and publicity of laws, regulations and rules, and gave full play to the advantages of the system to enhance the effectiveness of governance. At the same time, it also has been an effective measure to strengthen the construction of cadres. Previously, the Theory Study Center Group of the Leading Party Group had already collectively studied the newly revised Civil Servant  Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Selection and Appointment of Party and Government Leading  Cadres. All the court leaders listened to the special lectures. They emphasized the importance of the implementation of the Civil Servant Law and related regulations and encouraged all the court staff to remain to the original aspiration about the mission and strive for first-class performance.
