On December 12th, in order to implement the spirit of the special conference on circuit trial of Tianjin Maritime Court, further carry out the original aspiration and mission and ensure the publicity of justice for the people and popularizing of the law, Qinhuangdao Dispatched Tribunal visited two circuit trial sites in Beidaihe New District and Changli County, where they held talks with officials of the local fishing port supervision departments.

      During the talks, local staff briefed the Tribunal on the restructuring of jurisdiction scope and duty adjustment of the fishing port supervision departments of Beidaihe New District and Changli County. The two sides also discussed issues such as continuing to carry out off-site filing and trial, local mediation and popularization of law, making circuit trials as an important part of the modernization of litigation services of Tianjin Maritime Court.

      Qinhuangdao Dispatched Tribunal further improved the working mechanism of the circuit trial sites and made clear the direction of future development through the visit and research. In the future, Qinhuangdao Dispatched Tribunal would continue to actively explore innovation and vigorously promote the work of circuit trial sites. The Tribunal would build the circuit trial site as a mass work station to practice the original aspiration and the principles of putting people in the first, a legal service site to carry out the popularization of law and prevent legal risks and a "horseback court" in the new era to facilitate the litigation of the masses and resolve disputes locally.
