Recently, with the close cooperation of the Public Security Bureau of the new Binhai District of Tianjin, the Court successfully concluded a ship delivery case that last for four years. The case is also the first case that the Court successfully concluded by referring to the Public Security organization for the enforcee refused to perform the effective judgment.

The practice of referring to the public security organization for investigation of criminal responsibility is an innovative measure of the Enforcement Bureau to solve the law enforcement difficulty and had accumulated valuable experience for dealing with similar cases in the future.
