I applied to join the party in June 2005, more than half a year after I joined the army. Therefore, before transferring to civilian work, my party age and military age were basically the same. It was such a strong ideological imprint that urged me to complete the transformation from a college student to a qualified soldier and mobilized me to move from the coastal city of Tianjin to the difficult Tibetan area on the Northwest Plateau where I stayed for eight years.

It is said that revolutionary soldiers do not fade after retirement and do not lose their will after transferring to civilian works. It seems to me that there is no essential difference between taking off the military uniform and putting on the uniform of court police. It is still to work for the party and the people. As an administrative staff, although I cannot participate in the execution of front-line trials and rarely face the masses directly, I have never faced less challenges and pressures. Especially in recent years, the position of political construction has become higher and higher, the standards have become stricter and the contents have become more and more. To give a post is to give trust, and to give a task is to give a stage. Under the leadership of the Party group of the court, I have successively carried out major theme education tasks such as "two studies and one work", "maintaining the core, forging loyalty, being responsible and doing something big, grasp construction of the party branch”, “never forgetting the original intention and keeping the mission in mind" and party history learning and education, and organized more than 50 times of learning, training and activities, and drafted nearly 1000 documents to assist Party organization to promote the learning of Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in new era in our court. The deployment requirements of the central committee and municipal Party committee were implemented in our court effectively. When the epidemic broke out last year, I actively participated in the fight against the epidemic actively, participated in the resumption of work and production of enterprises and the duty of epidemic prevention at community checkpoint successively, provided service to and guided 10 enterprises under the scale and 199 individual industrial and commercial units to resume production and operation, assisted community staff in implementing grid management and helped epidemic prevention work of the community. At present, the study and education of party history, the implementation of inspection and rectification, and the team education and rectification are carried out simultaneously. These works cross with each other and are arduous. However, I firmly believe that I will be able to overcome difficulties and complete the task as long as I dare to challenge and shoulder responsibilities.

Ⅱ. Study the profession deeply and excel in learning skills and enhance the ability in combination with the post.

Judges hold scales and have "a steelyard" in their hearts. As a judicial administrative staff, if you want to do your work well, you must have "an account" in mind, so that you can "have purpose" and are "reliable".

At the beginning of enlistment, a chief taught us, "it is not easy to succeed without good habits, and it is not easy to fail with good habits"; When working in military organs, we followed the "motivated, attentive and dedicated" working attitude; At present, our political department also takes "there is no error in my writing, and rest assured that I handle the matter." as the basic requirement. Therefore, I have formed some work habits in combination with work experience of many years and try to “pack and sort” the work at hand and know fairly well. For example, for the annual work, I should understand how to plan at the beginning of the year, how to analyze in the middle of the year and how to summarize at the end of the year; for quarterly work, focus should be given to daily timely collection and timely summary at the end of the quarter; for monthly work, make arrangements at the beginning of each month and connect seamlessly every month; for everyday work, try to finish today's work and plan tomorrow's work as much as possible; For each work, it is necessary to find out the deployment requirements of the superior, the ideas and intentions of the leaders, the actual situation of the our court and the expected results to be achieved vertically at different levels. From the concrete method, it is necessary to promote the implementation step by step from the aspects of scheme planning, notification and deployment, coordination and cooperation, organization and implementation, summary report and news propaganda so as to form a complete closed loop. With these preparations, there is no items omitted in routine business work. And temporary urgent work can be effectively handled. In addition, I also give full play to my art expertise, design and make cartoon for popularization of laws, organize exhibitions of calligraphy and painting photography, plan and produce micro videos.

Ⅲ. Comply with professional ethics scrupulously, and strive to be positive and steady on the road of life

Comrades in arms of the army often say, "A bad bargain is a kind of blessing, and suffering is a grindstone.". I understand that this grindstone can not only grind out the courage to open a path in the mountains and build a bridge in the water, but also reap the blessings of peace and stability. What's more, I haven't suffered too much losses or too much hardship. I just pursue a pragmatic work, a down-to-earth manner to behave and a simple life. "Be pragmatic" means to make political work practical and detailed. Making plans and schemes should be both instructive and operational. They should not only complete the specified content, but also reflect the characteristics of our court, so that everyone can implement them "easily". For example, in this link of team education and rectification, the learning and education, it features more content, short time, high standard and strict requirements. When we study the program, we deliberated and carefully designed to refine what to learn, how to learn and standard requirements to every day or even every period of time. In the process, we follow up timely and prompt to ensure that each link can be completed with quality and quantity guaranteed. We summed up the “nine-character working method” of “step-by-step deepening of reading, research and examination, synchronous promotion of speaking, doing and fostering, implementation of learning, investigation and correction in the whole process”. It was adopted and published by higher-level units. “Be down-to-earth” means to follow the rules in everything. Don't be afraid of trouble and don't take shortcuts. I think as long as you are diligent, follow the rules and regulations, you won't cause leftover problems. “Be simple” is to maintain a good state of mind, as general secretary Xi Jinping said, “Being a governmental officials and getting rich are two ways. If you want to become a government official, it is not a way to get rich; if you want to get rich, then do not be an official.” Communists should be able to "live in poverty, endure loneliness, stabilize their mind and withstand the test" and always remind yourself to keep your mind steady, not to compare, not to force, not drift along, not act impetuously. No matter how much you get, you will be at ease.
