On the afternoon of June 2, the summary and commendation conference for poverty alleviation of Tianjin was held grandly in Tianjin auditorium and commended advanced collectives and individuals in the work of poverty alleviation of the city. Mao Tingwu, the first secretary stationed in Xingzhuangzi Village and Yuejiayuan Village in Liangwangzhuang Township, Jinghai District, and the leader of the assistance working group, was commended as the excellent leader of the partner assistance working group in difficult villages by Tianjin Municipal Party committee and Tianjin Municipal government.

From August 2017 to now, according to the decision-making and deployment of the CPC Central Committee, Tianjin Municipal Party committee and Tianjin Municipal government, Mao Tingwu, an officer of Tianjin Maritime Court, was selected by the Party group of the court to serve as the first secretary and leader of the assistance working group in Yuejiayuan Village and Xingzhuangzi Village, Liangwangzhuang Township, Jinghai District. He was well aware of the mission of poverty alleviation and its mission was glorious and had great responsibilities. He actively guided the working group in the village to conscientiously carry out the spirit of the general secretary Xi Jinping's accurate guidance for targeted poverty alleviation and elimination, and compared the new round of assistance objective and task of “three beauties, four completeness and five equalization” for the new round of assistance for difficult villages formulated by the Municipal partner assistance office, following the assistance idea “guided by party building, centering on the people and supported by poverty alleviation, intelligence and ambition and with enriching the industries as benefit”. He always threw himself into the battlefield of poverty alleviation with heart, attention and efforts and practiced the initial intention and mission sincerely serving the people, and always stuck to work in the countryside with full heart and mind. In combination with the real condition of rural area, he made scientific and precise planning to carry out assistance work with and did a great deal of concrete work in implementing assistance policy, providing service to the people, promoting rural governing, improving infrastructure and enhancing party building so as to achieve remarkable results. Two villages under the partner assistance got off of poverty and reached the construction standard of “five-merit party branch”, “civilized village” and “peaceful village”. The per capita disposable income of farmers reached the average level of the whole city, and the collective income of villages totaled to 200,000 Yuan.

Now, the branch teams of Xingzhuangzi Village and Yuejiayuan Village are stronger, the local custom is more civilized and harmonious, the village appearance is more tidy and orderly, the infrastructure is more complete, and the life of the people are more and more prosperous.
