Accordingly, she served the Notice of Additional Defendant and other respondent materials to the defendant Shanghai Freight Transport Co., Ltd and asked the defendant Shanghai Freight Transport Co., Ltd to transfer relevant judicial documents to the Danish company. On December 8 of the same year, the defendant, a Danish company, handled the notarized subject qualification certificate and power of attorney. So far, the case can be heard as soon as possible. Although the service of the case involves Danish parties, due to her subjective initiative, she found out the details of the case and found a shortcut of foreign-related service.
