On the morning of September 27, Tianjin Maritime Court and the People’s mediation committee of the Tianjin Customs Declaration Association jointly signed the “Cooperation Agreement on the establishment of a docking mechanism for litigation in maritime disputes”at the Tianjin International Trade and Shipping Service Center. People’s Mediation Committee of Tianjin Customs Declaration Association was awarded the nameplate of “The Special Mediation Organization of multi-faceted Maritime Disputes Resolution Mechanism”, and the three parties jointly unveiled the nameplate of “Mediation Office of Tianjin Maritime Court”and held exchanges and discussions.
