At about 8 p.m. on September 2, officers of the Caofeidian Court of the Tianjin Maritime Court set out from the resident court and drove more than 40 miles to Huangwan village, Jianggezhuang town, Laoting County, to mediate a dispute over the liability for compensation for personal injury, carry out the activity of “I do practical things for the masses”with practical actions.

The parties shook hands and made peace. After the mediation, the two parties were deeply moved and appreciated the judge’s practical style of serving the people.
