On February 2, Court completed the entrustment of the Ningbo Maritime Court to seize the ship in only more than three hours, successfully preventing the transfer of property and laying a foundation for the subsequent handling of the case.

This case is a case of crew labor contract dispute. The crew sued for wages and hoped to ensure the execution of the case by preserving the involved ships. At the same time, it was also learned that the defendant was going through the procedure of transferring property, and once it was completed, it would be difficult for the crew to get wages even if they won the lawsuit. Court quickly mobilized capable personnel to rush to the Port of Caofeidian, Tangshan, and went to the Caofeidian Administrative Service Center, the Caofeidian District Government, and the Agricultural and Rural Bureau to handle the ship detention procedures. Finally, at 17:30, the detention procedures were delivered to the responsible department, and the ship was seized and the property was preserved before the transfer approval procedures were completed.
