Recently，Tianjin Maritime Court properly resolved Tianjin's first international maritime claims dispute case involving an injunction of another country, ruled to exclude the injunction of another country according to law, effectively safeguarded the jurisdiction of Chinese courts, facilitated the reconciliation between enterprises of the two countries through active justice, and demonstrated the international credibility of Chinese courts.

In the past 10 years, Tianjin Maritime Court has properly handled more than 1800 foreign-related cases, involving 6.643 billion yuan in the subject matter, involving more than 30 countries and regions, and won international praise for its fair and efficient maritime justice.
