To facilitate timely cross regional maritime case trials for enterprises, Tianjin Maritime Court explores cooperation with the Intermediate People's Court of Qinhuangdao City of Hebei Province in law enforcement.

Tianjin Maritime Court is responsible for the ship-related cases of five ports, namely Tianjin Port, Huanghua Port, Caofeidian Port, Qinhuangdao Port and Jingtang Port. Tianjin Maritime Court took the lead in trying to establish a joint mechanism of judicial cooperation with Qinhuangdao Port. Through the online case filing system, the local court directly transferred the case and heard it through the Internet. After the settlement of the case, Tianjin Maritime Court entrusted the Intermediate people's court of Qinhuangdao City, Hebei to handle and implement it on its behalf. This practice breaks regional restrictions and forms a judicial management model of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region, providing more efficient and convenient maritime judicial services for the construction of the business environment in Beijing Tianjin Hebei.
