Recently, Tianjin Maritime Court has properly resolved an auction case involving diversified market entities and multiple legal relationships, with a focus on controlling litigation costs, maximizing the protection of the rights and interests of all parties, and optimizing the business environment.

After the judgment entered compulsory execution, Court quickly seized more than 30 pieces of property, involving trailers, cranes, and forklifts. It was found that the ownership and mortgage rights of the above-mentioned property involved multiple cases in multiple courts.

The parties involved in the case raised objections to execution or filed lawsuits in five courts in Tianjin, Shanghai, and Zhuhai. The enforcement of a case involves seven diversified market entities in the three major regions of Beijing Tianjin Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

In order to save judicial resources, improve judicial efficiency, and ensure a business environment with efficient and high-quality judicial services, maritime judges quickly organized multiple mediations among the parties involved in the case, promoting a package of execution settlements and successfully resolving disputes. The litigation of non parties in the five courts mentioned above has also been successfully resolved, achieving a good effect of "one case closed and five cases completed", significantly reducing the litigation costs and time costs for market entities to resolve commercial disputes.
