Recently, the 2023 Joint Meeting of the Judicial Cooperation Mechanism for Bohai Ecological Environment Protection and the "Bohai Ocean Rule of Law Seminar and Exchange Conference" was held in Qingdao.

In July 2021, the Maritime Courts of Tianjin, Dalian, and Qingdao signed the "Framework Agreement on Judicial Cooperation Mechanism for Bohai Ecological Environment Protection", which established a good platform for the three courts to work together to improve the level of judicial protection of Bohai ecological environment. This joint meeting was chaired and held by the Qingdao Maritime Court, along with the "Bohai Ocean Rule of Law Seminar and Exchange Conference". Judges from three courts, relevant administrative agencies, and experts and scholars from universities attended the meeting. Song Junwen, member of the Party Group and Vice President of Qingdao Maritime Court, Shi Fuxin, member of the Party Group and Vice President of Tianjin Maritime Court, and Li Lin, full-time member of the Trial Committee of Dalian Maritime Court, delivered speeches. Experts and scholars from Dalian Maritime University, Shandong University, Shandong Provincial Oceanic and Fishery Law Enforcement Supervision Bureau, Qingdao Port (Group) Co., Ltd., and judges from three maritime courts jointly conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on four topics: maritime trial reform and development, judicial protection of marine ecological environment resources, ship company law and administrative law enforcement practices, shipping practice and judicial hot topics exploration.
