On March 14th, Tianjin Maritime Court held the second "Maritime Law Symposium" of the year. This event invited Li Shanchuan, Vice President of the Fourth Civil Division of Tianjin High People's Court, and Judge Zhang Xin to participate. Zhang Xin, with the theme of "Arbitration Development and Judicial Review Practice", focused on analyzing the current situation and prospects of maritime arbitration and provisional arbitration from the perspective of the business environment, and elaborated on the overview and related reasons of arbitration judicial review based on arbitration judicial review legal norms such as the Arbitration Law, Civil Procedure Law, and New York Convention, combined with important cases involved in the reply of the Supreme People's Court and other judicial practices. During the on-site interactive communication session, the participating police officers enthusiastically spoke up, raised questions, and had in-depth discussions with Judge Zhang Xin. Everyone expressed that they had benefited greatly.
